Marian A. Hoagland

Austintown There will be a funeral service 10:30 AM Saturday at the Four Mile Run Christian Church for Marian A. Hoagland who passed away Wednesday morning at the Hospice House. Marian was born March 16, 1947 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Earl and Ruby (Atwood) Hoagland. She was a radiology transcriptionist with St. Elizabeth Hospital for 43 years and a member of the Four Mile Run Christian Church. In her spare time she enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas, loved spending time with her family, and loved cooking and baking. Marian is survived by her sister Rachel A. Steele of Austintown; nieces and nephews: Michele (Gaston) Garcia of Atlanta, GA, Amy (Mike McBride) Fluent of Warren, Thomas (Nina) Steele of Boardman, Marian (Gary DeVincent) Steele of Cleveland, and Kevin Steele of Austintown; and great nieces and nephews: Alexis, Rachel, Madison, Malorie, Riley, Tommy, Evan, and Dylan. Beside her parents, Marian is preceded in death by her brother in law Thomas Steele. Friends may call from 5 PM until 8 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel and from 9:30 until 10:30 AM Saturday at the church.
