MARIE C. ZINZ North Lima-There will be Services at 11 a.m. Friday at Bethel Lutheran Church for Marie C. Zinz, 99, of Assumption Village, who died early Tuesday morning. She was born November 15, 1914 in Youngstown, a daughter of George and Rose Schuster Chef. Marie was a home-maker. She was a member of the former Honterus Lutheran Church and a current member of Bethel Lutheran Church. She was also a member of the Youngstown Saxon Club-Branch No. 22, the Saxon Retirees and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star. Marie's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Marie's husband, John G. Zinz, whom she married August 10, 1935, died September 9, 1980. She is survived by her daughters, Barbara Wertz of Canfield and Nancy(Matthew) Coan of St. Augustine, FL; her grandchildren, Deborah(Matthew) Hale, Christian (Dennis) Hutchinson and Michael Coan; three gr. grandchildren and two gr. gr. grandchildren. Besides her husband, Marie was preceded in death by her sister, Catherine Barta and her brother, John Chef. Family and Friends may call from 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to the Service, at the church.
