Marjorie M. Moll

Marjorie M. Moll, age 91 of Cortland, Ohio, died at 8:10 AM on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at Lake Vista in Cortland. She was born on February 25, 1923 in Toledo, Ohio, the daughter of the late Meigs and Dorothy Frye Curtis. Mrs. Moll was a graduate of DeVilbiss High School in Toledo. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, quilting, and gardening, but her greatest love was her family. Marjorie was a member of the First Christian Church of Wauseon. Survivors include her children, Mayor Curtis V. (Gerri) Moll of Cortland, and Jeffery D. (Judy) Moll of Champaign, Illinois; her daughter-in-law, Anna Moll of St. Louis, Missouri; five grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Earl "Van" Curtis of Tombstone, Arizona. Other than her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Harry G. Moll on December 6, 2009, they were united in marriage on July 27, 1941; and her son, Eric G. Moll. There will be a memorial service at the First Christian Church of Wauseon at a later date and her cremated remains will buried next to her husband in the Wauseon Union Cemetery in Wauseon, Ohio.
