Mark David Laprocina

Mark David Laprocina, 55, died on Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren after fighting a courageous battle with extended health issues. Mark was born December 2, 1959 in Warren, Ohio, the son of Peter and Barbara Laprocina. Mark graduated from Warren Western Reserve High School in 1977. Mark was an avid fisherman spending most of his free time enjoying hunting and fishing. Mark took great pride in learning how to cook, especially his favorite Italian dishes. Mark worked for the Warren Water Department for 30 years, as both a water distribution foreman and as a water filtration maintenance mechanic. Mark was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers football team and the Michigan Wolverines. He leave behind his parents, Pete and Barb Laprocina; a sister, Linda (Jim) Bourne with their three children, Adam (Cat) with their son, Jackson; John Bourne and Chelsea Cross; and a second sister, Ann (Dick) Baldwin and their son, Michael Baldwin. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Nick and Anna Laprocina and maternal grandparents, Vernon and Gertrude Stroup. A private family service will be held at a later date.
