MARY A. STEVENS Austintown- Funeral services will be held 11 Am Monday at the Austintown Community Church for Mary A. Stevens age 82 of 146 Wilcox Rd. who died Wed. evening at Austinwoods Care Center. Mary was born Aug. 2, 1922 in Warren, OH and was the daughter of Joseph and Mabel (Decker) Burrows. She retired in 1985 as branch manger of Home Savings and Loan after 18 years. She was a member of Austintown Community Church, O.E.S. #80 in Warren, Ali Baba Caldron, loved to do crafts and sew and was a 1940 graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. Mary is survived by her husband Gerald T. Stevens whom she married Jan. 5, 1946. She also leaves five children, Joel (Margaret) Stevens, Claudia (Gary) Newhard, Pamela (James) Sutton, Paul (Betty) Stevens, Beverly (D.J.) Dunn., a brother Fred O. Burrows of Phoenix, AZ, 12 grandchildren, Megan (Robert) Hernandez, Brian (Jenny) Newhard, Gary Newhard, Jennifer (Eric) McMahon, Michael Sutton, Ryan, Holly, Amy and John Stevens, Jennifer, Emilie and Joseph Dunn and 5 great grandchildren. Friends may call at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel from 4-7 PM Sunday. The family requests that material contributions be made to the Austintown Community Church or Morning Light Chapter O.E.S. Chapter #80 in Warren.
