Mary Jo Hughes

Mary Jo Hughes, age 56 of Girard formerly of Niles, died on November 4, 2015 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. Mary was born on October 26, 1959 in Virginia a daughter of the late Edward B. and Helen M. (Ronyack) Hughes. Mary attended Niles McKinley High School. She spent her time as a homemaker cooking and raising her children. She will be sadly missed by her children; Richard E. (Tara) Charlton of McDonald, Edward D. (Emalie) Charlton of Girard, Helen (Richard) Garringer of Andover, Alex J. Charlton of Niles and Tara (William) Charlton of Youngstown. Mary also leaves behind eight grandchildren, a sister Gladys Turnbull of Niles and a brother Edwards Hughes Jr. of Virginia. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Cynthia Simmons and Helen Weaver and a brother Brian Hughes. A memorial service will be held Saturday November 14, 2015 at 11:00 am at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Niles Chapel 415 Robbins Ave. Niles, OH 44446. Friends and family may call one hour prior to the services on Saturday.
