Mary K Brunton

Mary Catherine (Fee) Brunton, 81, passed away after a brief illness at the Akron General Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, Justin T. Rogers Care Center. Mary was born on May 7, 1935 in New Castle, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Thomas R. and Frances "Babe" (Quinn Fee. Mary was a 1953 graduate of New Castle High School. Mary was joined in matrimony to the love of her life, the late Samuel Glenn Brunton, also of New Castle on January 31, 1962 and moved to Niles in 1964. Mary's hobbies included sewing and traveling. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Mary was preceded by her husband, her parents, and her siblings, Thomas J. Fee, Ambrose Fee, Gerald Fee, James Fee and Charles Fee. Mary leaves in cherished memory her children, Eileen Brunton Nitzsky (Jeffery W. Sr.) of Girard, Samuel Scott (Stacy) of Mineral Ridge and Elaine Curcio (Richard) of Stow, 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandson. She is also survived by her siblings, Rita (Malcolm) McGarth of Kingsport, TN, Frances Skinner of Phoenix, AZ, Patricia (Alex) Csiszer of Orange, CA, Terry (Betsy) Fee of New Castle, PA, Michael (Thay) Fee of Kaneohe, HI, John (Beverly) Fee of Lake Havasu, AZ, and Helene (Edward) Pavlov of New Bedford PA. Friends may call from 4 to 7PM Thursday at the Lane Family Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel. Services will be at 10:00 AM Friday in St. Mary's Church, Mineral Ridge. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Mary's name to Akron General Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service, Justin T. Rogers Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd. Akron, Ohio 44333 or to the American Cancer Society.
