Mary L. Perantoni

CANFIELD- Mary L. Perantoni, 94, passed away on Monday, December 23, 2013. She was born in Youngstown on March 1, 1919 to the late William and Clara Governor. Mary lived in North East Ohio all her life. She graduated from Rayen High School and married her late husband of 30 years, Matzi Perantoni, in 1944. Mary cherished and loved the time she spent with her family. Left to mourn Mary's passing are her sons, John (Xia Li) Perantoni of Columbus, and Tom Perantoni of Butler, PA; her grandchildren, John Perantoni of Atlanta, GA, Lisa Hunter of Charlotte, NC, Elena Perantoni-Fehr of Columbus, and Mika Li of Columbus; and her great-grandchildren, Isaac, Nicholas, Bella, and Deanna. Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Matzi Perantoni, and her sisters, Betty Fritz and Della Governor. Family will receive friends on Thursday, December 26, from 6PM to 8PM at Lane Family Funeral Homes Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave, where a funeral service will take place on Friday, December 27 at 11AM.
