North Jackson-A Memorial Service will be held at 7PM Monday, December 15, 2008 in the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Michael Hoak, 33, of North Jackson, who passed away at 5:20PM Wednesday, December 10, 2008 in St. Joseph Health Center in Warren following complications from a high fever. Michael was born November 5, 1975 in Warren the son of Wayne L. and Judy A. Pratt Hoak. Michael graduated in 1998 from the Leonard Kirk School in Austintown and enjoyed to watch cartoons, games shows and was a Bob Barker fan. Besides his parents of North Jackson, Michael is survived by a sister Teresa (William) Clegg of Austintown; a brother Keith Hoak of North Jackson; two nieces Brittany and Shannon Clegg of Austintown; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Family will receive friends on Monday, December 15, 2008 from 5 until 7 PM in the funeral home.
