Mildred E. Wick

MILDRED E. WICK, 93 STRUTHERS-There will be Services at 11 a.m. Friday at Lane Family funeral Homes-Austintown Chapel for Mildred E. Wick, 93 who died Saturday evening at her residence. Mildred was born October 18, 1922 in girard, a daughter of William F. and Ottilee C. Stone Moss. Mildred was a home-maker and a 1940 graduate of Girard High School. She was a member of Highway Tabernacle Church. On Tuesdays, she attended Trinity Assembly of God where she made " Burden Bears" for Hospice and on Thursdays attended the Young of Heart Senior Citizens of Highway Tabernacle Church. She enjoyed crocheting lap robes for Veterans. She also enjoyed reading and flower gardening but Mildred especially loved being with her family and attending her church. Mildred's husband, David L. Wick, whom she married in 1941, died April 27, 1987. Mildred is survived by her granddaughters, Terri (Alan) Shaffer of Struthers and Tammy Wayland of Girard; her grandson, Michael Wick of Girard; her sister, Thelma Jean Mikulich of Girard; her gr. grandchildren, Jessica (James) Cessna and Arron Wayland; her gr. gr. granddaughter, Valerie Cessna; her daughter-in-law, Wanda F. Wick; her niece, Pamela Wardle and her nephews, Mark Mikulich and William F. (Susan) Moss. Besides her parents and husband, Mildred was preceded in death by her children, James Wick, Bonita L.
