Mildred "Millie" R. Billen, 78, of Masury, OH, passed away unexpectedly early Monday morning March 12, 2012 at the Cleveland Clinic following a sudden illness. Millie was born on October 20, 1933 in Masury, OH the daughter of Constantin and Milly (Tyblak) Belik. She was a 1951 Alumna of Brookfield High School and went on to marry John Billen on October 8, 1955 and with him nearly fifty years of marriage and their children Kathryn and John. She always said her Rosary Prayers daily and was a devout longtime member of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Farrell, PA where she and John had been active parishioners. She loved gardening, and taking trips to Amish Country including Lancaster, New Wilmington, PA and Holmes County, Ohio. Millie also was a fan of and enjoyed listening to the Bee Gee's, and was a dedicated fan of Everybody Loves Raymond sitcom. Millie will be sadly missed by her daughter Kathryn L. Billen of Masury, OH; her son John P. Billen and his wife Christine of Erie, PA; her granddaughter Livia Marie Billen of Erie, PA; her sister-in-law Ruth Belik of Masury, OH; her niece Karen Bathory and her husband Robert of Hubbard, OH; her nephew Martin Belik and his wife Palma of Brookfield, OH; and by several great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband John in 2005, and her brother Nicholas Belik in 2010, and her beloved poodle GiGi. Burial will be at the Brookfield Township Cemetery. Arrangements were entrusted to the Madasz Funeral Chapel in Brookfield, OH. As an expression of sympathy the family requests that contributions be made to the Our Lady of Fatima Church 601 Roemer Blvd. Farrell, PA 16121.
