Nellie C. Crago

Nellie C. Crago -- 94 Youngstown—Services will be held 10 AM Friday at Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Nellie C. Crago, 94, of Youngstown who passed away Monday evening in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Nellie was born March 3,1910 in Ashtabula, Ohio the daughter of Relly and Lucinda (Pior) Carter. She was a homemaker and loving wife to her husband of 65 years, Russell E. Crago, whom she married July 2, 1938. Nellie was a foreman for Static Microphone during WW II and she was also an avid CB Radio Hobbyist using the handle “Half Pint”. Besides her husband she leaves a sister Dorothy Hoffner of Massillon Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Nellie is preceded in death by her siblings Nora Crawford, Marian Joubert and Lou Walter. Family and friends may call form 5 to 7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
