Nina Belle Fisher

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Austintown Community Church for Nina Belle Fisher age 77 of 219 S. Roanoke, Austintown who died Tuesday morning at North Side Hospital-Forum Health. Nina was born Oct. 21, 1925 in Glenfield, PA coming to this area 1931. She was a daughter of David H. and Belle I. (Thompson) Thomas. She was a member of the Austintown Community United Church of Christ where she was a member of the Friendship Circle. She was also a member of the Garden Forum of Greater Youngstown. She graduated 1943 from Struthers High School. She is preceded in death in 1986 by her husband Walter L. Fisher whom she married March 21, 1947. She is survived by her children Joyce A. Landle of Struthers, Nancy L. Gessner at home, and Kenneth J. Fisher of Austintown; 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death 1971 by her son John D. Fisher. Friends may call 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Lane Funeral Home, Austintown Chapel and one hour prior to the service at the church. The family request material tributes take the form of donations to the church memorial fund.
