Pamela S Vaughn

Pamela Sue "Penny" (Palm) Vaughn, age 41 of Warren, died at 11:05 p.m. Sunday, July 11, 2010, at The Cleveland Clinic of a heart ailment. She was born August 14, 1968 in Warren, the daughter of the late Lyle E. Palm and Eileen N. O'Marrah Swesey of Warren. Penny was a 1986 graduate of Mathews High School and worked for over 10 years as a nurses aide at Community Skilled Care Nursing Center in Warren. Penny is survived by her husband, J. Oscar Vaughn, whom she married February 4, 1992; her mother, Eileen Swesey of Warren; three daughters, Holly R. Scott of Vienna and Cheri A. Vaughn and Jackie M. Vaughn both at home; one son, Richie A. Vaughn at home; two grandchildren; two brothers, Wayne and Steve Palm both of Cortland and two sisters, Eileen Mealey of West Virginia and Marion Palm of Fowler Twp. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Her father; her step father, John "Jack" Swesey and one brother, Jim Palm have all preceded her in death. Arrangements are being handled by Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren, where the family will greet friends from 10-Noon Saturday, July 17, 2010 followed by a Noon service with Rev. Tanya Dunn officiating. Cremation will take place following the service.
