Patricia A Cahalin

CANFIELD-There will be a service to celebrate the departure home of Patricia Cahalin, 52, at 11AM Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Tabernacle Evangelical Presbyterian Church with Pastor Rick Stauffer officiating, who passed away late Saturday evening in her home. Pat was born July 13, 1956 in Warren the daughter of Robert and Betty (Davis) Pullin. Pat was a 1974 graduate of Liberty High School and graduated Cum Laude in 2007 from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts with a certificate in museum studies. Pat helped develop the curriculum for museum studies at YSU. Pat was a professional artist and worked part time and also was an active volunteer at Butler Art Institute in Youngstown. Pat was a member of the church. She loves God and enjoyed life touching the lives of everyone she met. She was also active in her community for First Night Canfield and was also very active in her church. Pat is survived by her husband Bob C. Cahalin of 30 years whom she married August 5, 1978; her mother of Columbiana; a son Bill C. (Britney) Cahalin and their two children Riley W. and Sullivan P. all of Thomasville, AL and a daughter Joyce E. Cahalin of Auburn, Al; a brother Fred (Mary) Pullin of Canfield and by a host of friends. Pat was preceded in death by her father. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2009 from 7 until 9 PM in the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel and again on Wednesday, February 11, 2009 from 10AM until the hour of service at the church. Pat would like everyone to wear something other than black to the service because she wants to celebrate her going home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the church or to the Butler Art Institute in Youngstown.
