Patricia A. Miller

AUSTINTOWN- Patricia A. Miller, 82, of Austintown peacefully departed this earth surrounded by her loving family at Meridian Arms on November 23rd, 2017. Pat was born September 20th, 1935, in Sidman, Pennsylvania to the late James and Ida (Costlow) Burke. She married her devoted and adoring true love Clarence (Pete) Miller June 12th, 1954, in Cumberland, Maryland. Later that year, they relocated to Youngstown, Ohio. She worked as a school bus driver for the Austintown Board of Education for over 25 years; retiring in 1997. Pat was a dedicated member of the Wedgewood Park Evangelical Church. She also attended Christian Womens Group where she had served as chairperson and TOPS. Pat will always be remembered for her love for Jesus Christ, all her family and friends. She continuously wanted those around her to have a smile and be happy. She enjoyed travel, fishing, and camping with family and lifelong friends, the Connollys and Zatchoks. Pat leaves behind to hold onto precious memories: her husband Pete, Daughters Debra (Cylde) Hernandez, Karen (Tom) Hunsberger, and son Clarence Miller II. She leaves behind six grandchildren, Hillary (Dennis) Kitts, Ashley (Daniel) Frank, Amber (Shane) Headley, Cassidy (David) Miller Weitz, Clarence Miller III, Deklin Miller, and three great-grandchildren along with many Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews. Besides her parents, Pat is preceded in death by five bothers and five sisters: Joseph, Thomas, William, Robert, Edward, Mary, Marie, Eileen, Margaret, and Ruth. Family and Friends may call on Monday, November 27th from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel. There will be a memorial service at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations, in Patricias name, to be made to MVI Hospice of the Valley (4891 Belmont Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio).
