Paul C. Silvestri

Youngstown- A mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am Friday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church for Paul C. Silvestri of Youngstown who died Tuesday morning at residence. Paul was born September 20, 1941 in Pacento Italy the son of Giovanni and Louise Avolio Silvestri and came to this area in 1948. Paul retired from General Motors in 2002 after 37 years of service. He was a member and manager of the Pacentrano Club in Youngstown and was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his mother Louise of Youngstown, his wife Mary Ellen (Fabian) whom he married May 16, 1970, daughter Robin (Mark) D'Angelo, son Christopher and fiancé Robyn Turney all from Youngstown. He is also survived by his sisters; Anna (Alex) DiIanni of Boardman, Beatrice (Dominic) Capezzuto of Austintown, brothers; Carmen (Jeanne) Silvestri of Boardman, John (Lisa) Silvestri Jr. of Youngstown, Frank (Patty) Silvestri of Boardman and grandchildren Jordan Kelly, Tori and Marco Poalo D'Angelo. He was preceded in death by his father Giovanni and a sister Barbara Silvestri. Family and friends may call from 5-8 pm Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel
