Paul P. Sanson

Paul P. Sanson of 939 State Route 7, SE, Brookfield, Ohio, died on Sunday (10-22-2006) in the Campus Health Care, Liberty Twp., Ohio. He was 75. Mr. Sanson was born in St. Albans, West Virginia on May 29, 1931, a son of Willie and Miriah (Atkins) Sanson. Paul retired from G.A.T.X., Masury, Ohio in 1981 after 27 years as a Blaster. He was a member of the Brookfield Conservation Club. In his spare time, he enjoyed shooting, hunting, country music, talking on his CB under the handle of “Trader”, and going to flea markets. Paul also was an avid NASCAR fan who cheered on Jeff Gordon #24. Survivors include: his wife, Natalie (Dedon) Sanson, whom he married September 7, 1996; his children, Thomas Sanson, Masury, OH, David Sanson & his wife Heidi, Fall River, Mass, Sherry Denton & her husband Kenny, Masury, OH, Stephen Sanson & his wife Tina, Sharon, PA, and Mark Sanson & his wife Melissa, Masury, OH; his stepdaughter, Karen Lynn Partridge, Greenville, PA; his brothers, Bill Sanson, St. Albans, WV, and Bob Sanson, Sharon, PA; his sisters, Edna Leemaster, West Virginia, and Gertie Cantrell, Masury, OH; his 10 grandchildren; and his 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; by his stepson, Robert Usher, Jr.; by his brothers, Deward & Rex Sanson; and by his sisters, Vivian Sanson, Emma Talbert, & an infant sister. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Madasz Funeral Chapel, with Rev. Dan Cesene, officiating. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
