Pauline M Weant

Pauline M. (Miller) Weant, age 83, of Warren died Wednesday morning, July 9, 2008, at her home. She was born August 13, 1924 in Mecca Township the daughter of the late Harry J. and Leona M. (Custer) Miller. Pauline was a homemaker most of her life and was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Warren. She is survived by her husband Forrest E. "Gene" Weant, whom she married September 1, 1945; one daughter, Pamela K. Schmalzried of Girard; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren; one sister, Jeanie Wollam and one brother, Bill Miller both of Cortland. A son, Terry L. Weant was killed in action in 1969 and one brother also preceded her in death. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the 11:00 am Friday, July 11, 2008 funeral service at Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren. Burial will be at Crown Hill Burial Park in Vienna. Arrangements were made by Shafer-Winans Funeral Chapel in Cortland.
