Penny Lynn Hillier

Mineral Ridge- Private funeral services will be held 11 AM Monday at the Lane Funeral Home-Mineral Ridge Chapel for Penny Lynn Hillier, age 35 of Youngstown Developmental Center who died Wednesday morning at the Cleveland Clinic. Penny was born Sept. 4, 1972 in Youngstown and was the daughter of Katie Rounds. She was a 1991 graduate of Girard High School and loved to do puzzle books, write and loved the cartoon character Sponge Bob. Penny is survived by her mother and a close friend John Cousins of Mercer, Pa. Private calling hours will be held from 10-11 AM Monday prior to the services.
