Ralph C. Albrecht

Celina, Ohio- Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Ralph C. Albrecht, age 91, formerly of Austintown, who died Friday evening at Garden at Celina in Celina, OH. Ralph was born Jan 4, 1919 in Youngstown and was the son of the late Herman F. and Laura Burkholtz. He retired in 1987 after 50 years from Hood Electric Co. where he had been Vice President and Secretary. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Youngstown. His wife, the former Margaret E. Ridder whom he married Sept. 18, 1943 died January 5, 2003. Ralph leaves three children Nancie (Dr. Robert) Hoyng, Thomas (Pam) Albrecht and Raymond (Vivian) Albrecht. He also leaves five grandchildren; Chris Albrecht, Melissa West, Tomilyn Albrecht, Joel Albrecht and Jennifer Taylor and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife and two sisters Erma McCambridge and Virginia Albrecht. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-7 PM Tuesday. The family requests that material contributions be made to the church endowment fund.
