Randall Lee Neff – 45 Youngstown—Services will be held Tuesday at 7PM at Lane Funeral Home-Austintown Chapel for Randall Lee Neff, 45, of Youngstown who passed away late Saturday evening in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. He was born December 6, 1957 in Edmond W. Va., the son of Harold Lloyd and Dorothy Jean Taylor (Harrington) Neff. He was a Navy veteran and a former member of First Christian Assembly Church in Liberty. Randy leaves his mother of Youngstown, two sister Brenda Neff of Painesville, Helen Joyce Wells of Youngstown, and a brother Rodger Dale Neff of South Carolina. Besides his father, Randy is preceded in death by a brother Gary Wayne Neff. Family and friends may call from 6:00PM until the time of service at the funeral home.
