Richard A Zibreg

Richard A. Zibreg, 83 Canfield: Richard Andrew Zibreg passed away August 19, 2014 at Shepherd of the Valley of Boardman. Richard was born November 22, 1930 in Pittsburgh, PA the son of the late Ignatius and Sophie Zibreg. After attending high school in Verona, PA Richard wanted to serve his country by joining the US Army. Richard worked as a local truck driver, retiring from Teamster Local 249. He enjoyed nature as well as hunting and gardening. Richard married the love of his life Jeanne Florence Gulajski on June 11, 1955 whom passed away on February 18, 2012. Richard will be sadly missed by his son Keith (Julie) Zibreg of Youngstown, a daughter Cheryl (George) McGee of MD, a granddaughter Melissa Whitmore, and grandson Christopher McGee both of Maryland, and two great grandchildren Brendan and Owen Whitmore. He also leaves behind a brother Charles and sister Margaret Zibreg both of Pittsburgh PA. Beside his parents and wife Richard was preceded in death by 5 brothers and sisters.
