Howland- Funeral services will be held at 1 pm Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home Niles Chapel for Richard Trittschuh who died Thursday morning in Autumn Hills Care Center. Richard was born August 26, 1932 in Canton, the son of Ralph and Helen (Domhoff) Trittschuh. Richard was employed as a teacher of electricity for the Maplewood Vocational School for 15 years retiring in 1996. Prior to teaching he was an electrician for 15 years with Conrail. He was a member of Howland United Methodist Church where he was also a trustee; he was also a member of the Church of the Great Outdoors in Titusville, Florida. He was a United States Air Force Veteran. Richard enjoyed working with model trains and collecting antiques. He and his wife Marla enjoyed their R.V. and loved to play golf. The love of his life was spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Marla (Mundorf) Trittschuh, whom he married July 25, 1987, children; Kathy (Tom) Broeren of State College, PA., Mark (Maureen) Trittschuh of Lake Zurich, IL., step-children; Michael (Dee Dee) Dungan of Green, OH., Jerrold (Stacy) Dungan of Howland and his sister Doris Galey of Girard. He is also survived by grandchildren; Jennifer George, Nicole, Emily, Adam Trittschuh, Samuel, Kelly and Kenny Dungan. Richard was preceded in death by his parents. Family and friends may call from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday at the funeral home. The family requests that memorial tributes take the form of donations to the Howland United Methodist Church Memorial Fund, 730 Howland-Wilson Rd. Warren, OH 44484
