October 13, 1947 — June 15, 2007

Rickie Lee Chapman, 59, of Warren, died Friday evening, June 15, 2007 at Trumbull Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born November 13, 1947 in Beaver Falls, PA, Rickie was the son of the late William and Donna (Huston) Chapman. A 1968 graduate of Newton Falls High School, he retired from General Motors in 2002 after 21 years. He enjoyed restoring old cars, was an outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing and hunting and was an artist, he loved to draw. He will be dearly missed by his wife, Dennise (Younger) Chapman of Warren whom he married February 28, 1976. Rickie is survived by four children, Troy Lee Chapman of Indianapolis, IN, Renee and her husband Jerry McPherson of Alliance, Bryan Chapman of Cleveland and Richard and his wife Michelle Chapman of Newton Falls, three grandchildren, Alex, Samantha and Dixie McPherson all of Alliance and by a sister Denise Infante of Diamond. According to Rickie’s wishes cremation will take place and the Rev. James Baer will conduct a memorial service Friday, June 22, 2007 at 1PM at the Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel.
