Robert A Griffiths

Chino CA – Private services were held for Robert A. Griffiths, 92, of Chino, CA formerly of Geneva OH, and Niles OH, who passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2007 at his home in Chino. Robert was born July 3, 1915 in Niles the son of Fred and Gertrude (Gifford) Griffiths. He retired from G.E. after 30 years of service. Robert was a Chief Warrant Officer for the Army serving during WWII from 1941 until 1945. He was active in the reserves from 1949 until 1977. His wife the former Betty L Houck, whom he married January 14, 1952, passed away June 11, 2000. He leaves a son Thomas Griffiths with whom he made his home. There were no calling hours. Local arrangements were by Lane Funeral Home, Mineral Ridge Chapel.
