Robert A. Wade

A memorial service will be held 1 PM Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Robert Allen Wade, 35, of Gateways to Better Living in Austintown. Robert lost his battle with cystic fibrosis on October 16th while at Akron Children's Hospital. He was born November 4, 1975 in Youngstown the son of Edward Blazek and Nancy Wade. "Bobby's" memory will be cherished by his Guardian, mother, Suzie Dorse of Orwell, Ohio, brother, John Blazek of Louisville, Kentucky and sister, Dawn Blazek of Youngstown. Robert was a graduate of the Leonard Kirtz School, and he previously worked at Bev Road Masco Sheltered Workshop, and the Centre at Javit Court and currently worked at Gateways Industries Sheltered Workshop. Robert will be sadly missed by "Aunt Janice" and "Cousin Terri" as well as all of his family, friends and caregivers from Gateways to Better Living, Idaho Road home. The family would like to send a special thank you out to the 6200 ward of Akron Children's Hospital, Dr. Shear, Dr. McBennet, and all of his friends at Gateways to Better Living Inc.
