Robert D. “Dave” Nehlen, II, of 1939 Custer-Orangeville Rd., Masury, Ohio, died unexpectantly at home on Saturday (9-16-2006). He was 35. Mr. Nehlen was born in Sharon, PA on October 1, 1970, a son of Robert David Nehlen, I, and Sheridan L. (Sagenich) Nehlen. A 1990 graduate from Brookfield High School and the Trumbull County JVS, Dave went on to serve our country in the U.S. Navy as an E-4. He worked as a laborer pipe repairman for the Cura-Flow Company, Lakeland, Florida. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with his children, attending & watching them play sports, and working on cars. Survivors include: his parents, Dave & Sheridan Nehlen, Masury, OH; his wife, Tara S. (Morton) Nehlen, whom he married 7-21-1998, West Middlesex, PA; his children, Robert David Nehlen, III, at home, Justin Michael Nehlen, Masury, OH, and Alyssa Rene Nehlen, West Middlesex, PA; his sister, Kristina Michelle Sayavich, Masury, OH; and his former wife, Tammy L. Nehlen, Masury, OH. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Paul & Dorothy Nehlen; and by his maternal grandparents, John & Grace Sagenich. The family has requested that his funeral service is to remain private. No calling hours will be scheduled. Burial will be private also.
