Robert Jay Sabanick

A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Wednesday February 1, 2012 at Western Reserve United Methodist Church for Robert Jay Sabanick, 54, of Berlin Center who passed away Sunday January 22, 2012 in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Robert was born July 17, 1957 in Youngstown the son of the late John Sabanick. and Ruth (Creighton) Sabanick. He was a lifelong area resident, a graduate of Boardman High School and a member of Western Reserve United Methodist Church. Bob was a 32nd degree Mason with both the Downtown Lodge and Argus Lodge. He taught Sunday school at the church and enjoyed fishing. Besides his mother of Boardman, Bob leaves his wife Linda Hall-Sabanick, whom he married July 20, 1996, one son Lucas John Hall Sr. and his wife Lisa, five grandchildren, Adam, Lindsey, Lorin, Hanna, and Lusus Jr., and one brother John Jay Sabanick and his wife Hope. Bob was preceded in death by his father. Services will be held at the Western Reserve United Methodist Church on Canfield Road at 11 AM Wednesday February 1, 2012. Arrangements were by Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel.
