Robert N. Yoder

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday at the Canfield Christian Church for Robert N. Yoder of Canfield who passed away on Monday at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center. Robert was born October 23, 1930 in Columbiana the son of Oscar and Ruby (Beardsley) Yoder. He was the former owner/operator of Yoder Auto Service in Woodworth, Ohio as well as the former owner of Craycroft Auto Service in Tucson, AZ, and was a member of the Canfield Christian Church. He enjoyed auto racing and photography. Besides his wife, the former Norma Huxsaw whom he married October 10, 1953, Robert leaves four children: Terry (Kristen) Yoder of Canfield, Mark (Robin) Yoder of Canfield, Glen (Laura) Yoder of Mesa, AZ, and Linda (Bryan) Richards of Atlanta, GA. He also leaves a sister Virginia Schaffer of Greenford, seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and ten nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Memorial Fund of the Canfield Christian Church at 123 S. Broad St. Canfield, OH 44406.
