Robert Waggoner

Robert Waggoner, 64, of Warren, passed away, July 6, 2013, at Trumbull Memorial Hospital. He was born March 29, 1949, the son of Glenn and Naomi Waggoner. He is survived by his two daughters Crystal (Gary) Winland, of Warren and Shana Waggoner, of Warren, a sister; Juanita Isner, of Newton Falls, six grandchildren and one step-grandson. Robert was preceded in death by his wife Sandra and a daughter Michelle Waggoner. According to his wishes Robert will be cremated.
