Roberta A Fryfogle

Roberta A. Fryfogle, 72, passed away at home on Friday, November 6, 2015. She was born on November 3, 1943 in Youngstown, daughter to the late Mark and Eva (Shopinsky) Vlajkovich. Roberta was a 1961 Mooney High School graduate and life long resident of Youngstown. She worked as an accounts payable clerk at Courtney Harvey Ford and has enjoyed her last 15 years in retirement. Roberta was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic church and enjoyed her monthly meetings of the Senior Citizens group there. She also enjoyed time spent with her friends at their card club meetings. Roberta will always be remembered for her love of family, especially her grandchildren who will dearly miss Grandma Fry. Left to mourn Roberta's passing is her loving husband of 48 years, William Fryfogle, whom she married on August 19, 1967. She is also survived by her children, Jeff Fryfogle, Tim (Nicole) Fryfogle, and Stacey (Don) Luce; her grandchildren, Hannah, Andrew, and Matthew Fryfogle, and Vincent, and Julianne Luce; her sister, Dorothy Platenak; and her sister-in-law, Shirley (Walter) Leininger. The family will receive friends from 5PM-7PM on Monday, November 9 at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave. Mass of Christian Burial will take place 10AM on Tuesday, November 10 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4490 Norquest Blvd. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
