Roger D Hodges

Roger D. Hodges, age 63 of Howland Township, died at 2:46 a.m. on Friday, December 3, 2010, at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren. He was born November 26, 1947 in Dayton, the son of the late Themer O. and Evelyn E. Hockett Hodges. Roger was a 1966 graduate of Howland High School and attended business college. He retired after 25 years service with Nationwise Auto Parts, where he was a manager for 24 years. He previously worked at Warren General Hospital in shipping and receiving. He attended First Baptist Church of Warren. Roger is survived by his wife, Glenna R. Kibler Hodges, whom he married August 14, 1971; one son, Ryan D. Hodges at home and two brothers, Ronald L. Hodges of Cortland and Donald H. Hodges of Warren. Two sisters, Sharon S. Hodges and Wanda Kay Houchen both preceded him in death. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 7, 2010 at Roberts-Clark Funeral Chapel in Warren, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday. Cremation will be held following the services.
