Rose G. Ferrando

Canfield- Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Canfield Chapel for Rose Ferrando who died Monday morning at the Hospice House. Rose was born January 17, 1920 in Fairbanks, PA. the daughter of William and Verna (Ford) Principini and was raised by her mother and step-father Robert Bruce. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church where she was very active in her younger days. She graduated from Scienceville High School; she loved to china paint and taught china painting. Rose had been president of the area group, local chapter and the state association of china painters. Rose is survived by her children; Raymond R. (Kathy) Ferrando of Royal Oak, MI., Judy L. (Tim) McPhillips and William (Mike) (Barbara) Ferrando both from Canfield. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, sister; Irene Bathory and brothers; Gene and Tino Bruce all from Hubbard. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond H. Ferrando whom she married February 22, 1941 and who died November 25, 2004, sisters; Josephine Henderson, Dorothy Kistner and brothers; William, Jerry, Robert and David Bruce.
