Roy Edward Renner

Roy E. Renner, age 93, of Mineral Ridge, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016. Born December 18, 1922 in Hundred, WV, he was the son of George and Dorothy (McDonald) Renner. Mr. Renner retired from LTV Steel in 1985 after 43 years of service; he was a member of the Mineral Ridge Church of Christ. Survivors include his wife Betty V. (Grove); son Larry (Carol) and a daughter Sue DeWeese; two grandchildren: Jill (Gary) Fitzgerald and Todd (Connie) Renner; great grandchildren Olivia and Naomi Renner; and a sister Martha (Terry) Williams. He was preceded in death by his first wife Ruth in 1995, a grandson Marc in 2010, three brothers and two sisters. Private services were held for the family; memorials may be made in his honor to Hospice of the Valley.
