Ruby L. Boyer

Services will be 1 PM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel for Ruby L. Boyer 68, of Liberty Twp., who passed away Monday evening at her home. Ruby was born May 21, 1937 in Kempton, MD, the daughter of James and Ruth (Sines) Poling. Ruby was a home maker, loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She attended Mineral Ridge High School, and was a Catholic by faith. Ruby’s husband Harold Austin Boyer, whom she married September 4, 1981, Passed away April 8, 2006. She leaves thirteen children: Robert Michael Osborne of Laurel, MD., Mary Jeffries of Hanover, MD., Margaret Spitler, Charles and Raymond Williams all of Youngstown, Theresa Osborne, John and George Williams all of Niles, Robert Dale Williams of Cincinnati, Joyce (Boyer) Daniel of Martinsburg, W.VA., Rita Mae Boyer Peachock of Struthers, Gloria Lynn Boyer of Austintown, and Wayne Osborne of Warren, one brother Ralph Poling of Warren, as well as 31 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Besides her husband, a sister Georgia Kennedy, and one brother James Poling preceded Ruby in death. Family and friends may call from 6 to 8 PM Thursday and again from noon to 1 PM Friday at the funeral home.
