Ruth A. Santucci

Davenport, FL.- Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday at the Lane Funeral Home-Austinown Chapel for Ruth A. Santucci, age 69 of Davenport, Fl who died Sunday morning after a courageous fight with Marfan Syndrome at Florida Regional Medical Center in Florida. Ruth was born Dec. 18, 1936 in Youngstown and was the daughter of the late Roy C. and Inez A. (Golden) Jennings. She retired in 1982 from Republic Steel where she had worked in Industrial Relations. She was a member of Smith Corners United Methodist Church, Youngstown Rabbit Club and Senior Friends in Fl. She also loved to do ceramics and loved her cats Hannah and Pepper. Ruth is survived by her husband Bernard Santucci whom she married Aug. 31, 1983. She also leaves children Gregory (Linda) Wolfe of Johnston, OH, Richard B. (Pam) Wolfe of Colebrook, OH, Cheryl Murphy of Niles, Bernie (Kathy) Santucci of Colorado, Donna (Larry) Brown of Canfield, Bob Santucci of Youngstown, David Santucci of Boardman, Judy (John) Macswords of S. Carolina and Bill (Donna) Santucci of Canfield. Ruth also leaves 20 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren and a special niece Nancy Stephens among several others nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Richard F. Wolfe, her daughter Debra Wolfe and her brother Donald Felger. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5-8 PM Thursday. The family requests that material contributions be made to Marfan Syndrome.
