Ryan, son of Thomas and Robin (Savon) Ivany, was born in Youngstown on June 6, 1989, at 4:44 a.m. He entered this world wide-eyed and very anxious to meet everyone. His early entrance told us volumes about his fighting demeanor. Ryan's charismatic personality gleamed through the mischievous twinkle in his eyes. He graduated from Canfield High School in 2008 and attended the University of Akron and Scottsdale Community College in Scottsdale, Arizona. He had a deep sense of team comradery and enjoyed many years of competitive sports. He was an outstanding athlete with the strength, endurance and work ethic necessary to be a winner. Ryan was the Health and Safety Director at New Day Recovery in Boardman. Ryan was a member of St. Michael Parish in Canfield. He had a tremendous love and appreciation for his family and enjoyed creating innumerable memories with them.
