Sally R. Campbell

Funeral services will be held at 11am Thursday in the Lane Funeral Home Mineral Ridge Chapel for Sally R. Campbell, 83, who died early Monday morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown. She was born September 27, 1926 in Youngstown, a daughter of Harry J. and Rose (Schuler) Willock, and she resided in this area all of her life. She was a 1944 graduate of Chaney High School. She worked as a teacher and administrator for the Mahoning Pre Primary School for 32 years before retiring. She was a member of the Mahoning United Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Youngstown Saxon Club Branch #22, the N.A.E.Y.C. , and she was a volunteer at the North Side Hospital Gift Shop. She married William E. Campbell December 6, 1946 and he preceded her in death January 11, 2003. She is survived by two children; William E. (Alana) Campbell, Jr. of Hubbard and Susan L. (Liam) Fanucchi of Fresno, CA; and two grandsons; Shaun and Blake Fanucchi. Besides her husband she was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Mariann Farr. Friends may call from 5-7pm Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
