A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Tuesday at Grace Lutheran Church for Shirley Mae Miller, 77, of Austintown who passed away Saturday morning in Hospice House. Shirley was born November 13, 1932 in Los Angeles, CA the daughter of Robert and Louise (McQuistin) Ruble and came to the area at the age of 2. She worked as a retail clerk for various retailers and retired after 44 years of service. Shirley was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of the church, as well as a member of the American Business Women's Association, and STARS. Shirley was an avid bowler and was the founder of the "Golden Gals" bowling league as well as it secretary. Shirley leaves her husband of 60 years, Harold E. Miller, whom she married August 27, 1949, three sons; Gary and his wife Jean, Thomas and Ronald all of Austintown, one sister Carol Davis of Youngstown, four grandchildren; Thomas, Matthew, Stacey, and April, and three great grandchildren; Ariana, Casey and Blake. Family and friends may call from 10 to 11 AM Tuesday at the church. Arrangements were by the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
