Stephen M. Kubovick Jr.

Stephen M. Kubovick Jr., 34, 4908 Myrtle Ave. Champion Twp. died at his residence Tuesday August 29, 2006. He was born May 2, 1972 the son of Stephen and Catherine “Kitty” (Bukovi) Kubovick Sr. A lifetime area resident, Stephen was a 1991 graduate of Champion High School and for the past 7 years has been employed by Ferro Chemical Corp. in Cleveland. He was a member of St. Williams Catholic Church of Champion and the United Steelworkers of America. He loved sports and enjoyed hunting, fishing, golf and bowling. He bowled in the Tuesday night league at Champion Lanes. He also was a NASCAR fan-especially of Dale Earnhart Jr. He is survived by his parents Steve and Kitty Kubovick of Champion, and a sister Theresa L. Humenik and her husband Roger of Warren Twp. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Steven and Catherine Bukovi and paternal grandparents Stephen and Anna Kubovick. The Rev. Michael Smar will conduct funeral services 10:00 AM Saturday Sept.2, 2006 at Roberts-Clark Chapel where friends will be received from 6:00-9:00 Friday and for 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday. Interment will be in All Souls Cemetery.
