Taylor was born on December 1, 2005 in Youngstown, Ohio and was the second daughter of Michael J. and Kristin B. (Tatar) Townsend. Taylor is survived by her parents, a sister Roman L. Townsend at home; maternal grandmother Tammy Tatar of Mineral Ridge; paternal grandparents Eugene R. and Pamela R. Townsend of Warren; great grandfather George Tatar of Mineral Ridge, Russell and Helen Minick of Warren, and Ray and Linda Townsend of Warren; two aunts Teresa N. and Bayley R. Tatar of Mineral Ridge, and an uncle Jeremy G. Meyer of Mineral Ridge. Family entrusted arrangements to the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel.
