Terry "T" Rush

Topeka, Kansas- Terry Robert David Rush, better known as “T”, age 35, passed away tragically, Tuesday September 1, 2020 in Kansas as a result of an automobile accident.

Terry was born December 30, 1984 in Warren to Terry L. and Stephanie (Six) Rush. Terry was a member of the 2002 Maplewood Cross Country team that won State. He was a 2003 graduate of Maplewood High School. After high school, Terry joined the U.S. Army, he received his honorable discharge in 2005.

T loved the great outdoors and all of its creatures; he was a kind and loving soul. He enjoyed running and cooking. T operated the Gyroville restaurant in Topeka.

T is preceded in death by his father.

He is survived by his mother and step-father Stephanie Rush Alderman and William Alderman; his beloved daughter Vaedah Rush; his sister Summer DeMathews; and many cousins and friends.
