Theresia C. Prochak

Services will be 4 PM Sunday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown for Theresia Christine Prochak, 85, of Austintown who passed away Wednesday morning at her home. Theresia lived in Salem for 40 years prior to moving to Austintown. She was born May 24, 1921 in Vienna Austria the daughter of Otto and Theresia (Steininger) Muehlbacher and came to the states in 1953. She was a catholic in faith and enjoyed making crafts. She leaves her husband John whom she married July 3, 1948 in Linz Austria, two daughters; Christine (Patrick) Andino of Berlin Center and Catherine (Peter) Evanovitz of Youngstown, three grandchildren; Jaci Clark of Tuscan AZ, Ashley Andino and Kendall Andino both of Berlin Center, three great grandchildren; Gregory Bass of Youngstown, Boston and Ridley Clark of Tuscan AZ, and one great-great grandson; Gavon Xavier Bass of Youngstown. Family and friends may call from 1 to 4 Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that material tributes take the form of donations to Hospice of the Valley in Theresia’s name.
