Thomas A Donaldson

Thomas A. Donaldson, 68, passed away Tuesday July 23, 2013, at UPMC Horizon in Farrell Pennsylvania. He was born on December 16, 1944 in Sharon, Pennsylvania the son of Claude and Gladys Donaldson. He was a graduate of Brookfield High School and was employed by Sharon Tube for many years. Thomas married his wife Josephine (Berisky) Donaldson on May 19, 1973 and had one daughter together. Thomas was an avid drag racing fan, participated in car shows, and was a member of the Sharon Tube Car Club. Thomas is survived by his wife, his daughter Jennifer (Matthew) Laury of Howland, OH; his stepson Stephen Kukus of Orangeville, OH; his step daughter Ann Marie Root of Liberty, OH; his three brothers Jack (Dee) Donaldson of Leland, North Carolina, James (Liz) Donaldson of Vienna, OH; and Charles (Kathy) Donaldson of Masury, OH; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Karen Donaldson, and two brothers William Donaldson, and Robert Donaldson. A memorial service will be held at Lane Family Funeral Homes, Madasz Chapel July 27, 2013 at 12 p.m. Friends may call between 10:30 and 12:00. Lane Family Funeral Homes, Madasz Chapel 6923 Warren-Sharon Road Brookfield, OH 44403 handled the arrangements for Thomas. Burial will take place privately at Brookfield Township Cemetery.
