Thomas E. Boyd

Thomas E. Boyd 48, of Howland Twp. passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday March 19, 2013 following a sudden heart attack. Tom was born in Warren, OH on August 13, 1964 the son of Thomas H. and Nancy C. (Swindler) Boyd. He was a 1983 graduate of Howland High School and had worked as a self employed carpet installer for the past twenty-five years. Tom had enjoyed being a backyard mechanic working on cars and had also been a member of several area pool leagues. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Candice M. (Boyd) D'Agati and her husband Nick of Howland; his son Tommy D. Boyd of Champion; mother Nancy C. Maybee and her husband Elton of Niles; father Thomas H. Boyd and his wife Mary of Cortland; sister Lana C. (Maybee)Beers and her husband Keith of Niles; two brothers Bill E. Boyd and his wife Amanda and Sam G. Boyd and his wife Nicole all of Cortland; his beloved granddaughter Katerina A. D'Agati; and by his many aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents. Friends may call at the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Niles Chapel at 415 Robbins Avenue in Niles, Ohio on Saturday March 23, 2013 from 12:00PM until 2:00PM. A memorial service will begin at 2:00PM with Pastor Doug Garasic of The Movement Church officiating.
