Timothy R. Record

Services will be 1 PM Saturday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Timothy R. Record, 58, of Austintown who passed away Thursday morning in St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Tim was born January 5, 1953 in Youngstown the son of Charles R. and Margaret (James) Record. He was the owner of Tim's on the Green a golf sporting store in Austintown until he retired in April of 2010. Prior to that, Tim worked Wean United for several years. He was a member of Austintown Community Church, was involved with the Boy Scouts and as a boy scout, Tim had earned the rank of Eagle Scout with Troop 145. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and golfing. Tim is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Vickie Record of North Jackson. Friends may call from 12 noon to 1 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
