TINA L. SCHMIDT BOARDMAN There will be a memorial service at 6:00 P.M. Monday at First Covenant Church for Tina L. Schmidt, 46, who passed away Sunday Morning at St. Elizabeth Medical Center. Tina was born August 3, 1968 in Youngstown, a daughter of Karl J. and Carol A. Schmidt. She was a graduate of Boardman High School and was currently in school to become a nurse's aide. Tina had worked for many years as a waitress at various area restaurants including Friday's and the Saxon Club. She was affiliated with First Covenant Church. Tina loved to read and delighted in the outdoors, especially spending time in Mill Creek Park. Tina leaves her mother, Carol A. Schmidt of Boardman; her children, Anthony J. Schmidt of Boardman and Cassandra A. Beachum of Liberty; and her sister, Linamay R. Schmidt also of Boardman. Her father, Karl J. Schmidt died January 23, 2011. The family will receive friends from 5 to 6:00 P.M. prior to the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the First Covenant Church, 5210 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, Ohio 44512. Arrangements are by the Lane Family Funeral Homes, Anstrom Chapel.
