Tony D. Degeorge

Youngstown- Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday at the Lane Funeral Home Austintown Chapel for Tony DeGeorge who died early Monday morning in St. Elizabeth Hospital. Mr. DeGeorge was born June 24, 1903 in Calabria, Italy and came to the United States in 1921. Tony was employed for U.S. Steel McDonald works for 25 years retiring in 1974. Mr. DeGeorge is survived by his children; Rosemary Cargill of Liberty, Nancy DeGeorge of Youngstown, Lydia Murray of Bay Village, Louis DeGeorge of Tampa, FL, Anthony DeGeorge of North Lima and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years Catherine (Spano) DeGeorge whom he married in 1931 died 1991, daughter Josephine Snyder, son Eugene DeGeorge, sister Josephine Zappia and brother Fred DeGeorge. Family and friends may call from 5-7 pm Wednesday at the funeral home.
