Treasa K. Royse

Treasa K Royse, 96, of Boynton Beach, Florida formerly of Youngstown Ohio, died on Wednesday January 15, 2020, with her beloved family at her side. Treasa was born on April 14, 1923 in Youngstown Ohio to Adam and Anna Flatinger. She moved to Florida later in life. Treasa had a passion for sports. She loved watching all types of sports and playing golf. Her favorite team was the Miami Dolphins. She really enjoyed playing cards into the late night. She also liked to garden and had some goats. Most of all, her life revolved around her family. She was a kind hearted woman. Treasa was married to Ralph Royse, who preceded her in death. She is survived by her loving son, Ralph Royse; four grandchildren Kimberly Ahlers and her husband Christopher Ahlers, Adam Royse, Elizabeth Messenger and her husband Zach Messenger, Scott Royse and his wife Jennifer Royse; five great grandchildren, Aubrey Royse, Cole Ahlers, Kylie Ahlers, Logan Messenger, and Sadie Messenger; and one great grandchild on the way. Treasa is preceded in death by her sisters Anne Ricketts and Rosalia Flatinger, and her brother Martin Flatinger. Also a step daughter Evelyn and husband Jim Mollenkopf. Their 2 sons, James and Richard Mollenkopf. She is survived by her three great grandchildren Stefanie and her husband Joey Anderson, Nicholas and his wife Becca, and Ashley and her husband Robert Hill. And five great great grandchildren, Skylar Phifer, Kelly Jo Anderson, Rachel Mollenkofp, Jayden and Richard Hill; and a great great great grandson Austin. Friends may come Saturday, January 25th from 9:30am - 10:30am at Lane Family Funeral Homes, 65 N. Broad Street, Canfield Chapel, followed by the funeral service at 10:30 am. Treasa will be laid to rest immediately following at the Lake Park Cemetery in Youngstown.
